Three Courses on Three Foundational Facets of the Path

Generally, we recommend that anyone interested in doing ongoing group or one-on-one work with us take The Art of Inner Communication: An Intuitive Skills Practicum. It lays out our approach to developing the fundamental skills of intuitive inquiry - the ability to see, hear and feel the wisdom-information emanating from true nature - as well as how to enter into healing and repartive dialogue with parts (facets of self) that have taken on conditioned adaptive strategies as a substitute for being connected with the Self and its many essential qualities.

The Body Unwinds: A Non-Directed Movement Intensive is for folks looking to develop a core understanding of somatic movement, fascial unwinding and the nervous system. This course is particularly helpful for practitioners working with significant emotional or physical activation, as well as those that find themselves getting habitually stuck in dissociative/freeze states in meditation and/or daily life. Discover “living stillness” - a stillness that is not the result of a control state enacted by a manager part, and that is also not “separate” from physical & energetic movement.

For new folks who don’t have significant experience in presence/mindful awareness practice, we recommend taking Strong Knowing: The Beginning, Middle & End. The material is designed to awaken the heart-vow to know our inner experience strongly, clearly and continually throughout all states and situations. To awaken the commitment to seeing the mundane realities of life as path. To root us firmly in the observation of everyday mind and conduct as the absolute core of the path to liberation. There is no other place where freedom can actually occur!
